How record managers know which records are got deleted after the end of retention?
After retention period when document is going to delete disposition review will get start and document will get deleted. But after sometime if record manager(not admin) wanted to see that what documents were deleted in past is there any way? If I check in Microsoft Purview there i can see disposition history for a label. But how record manager can see that information without involving admin? Are there any custom solutions available to achieve the same thing? Is it possible to collect signatures from the disposition reviewers? Either OOB or custom or third party integration. Hello, I have a question about document sharing on an Teams Administrative level. We'd like to restrict by IP who can upload and download documents into/from Teams/Sharepoint/OnDrive. Where can I find the admin controls to do so and what is considered best practice for this type of control?How can I get "Video retention" content type in Information Management Policy Settings in doc. lib.?
when I see the client system for "Information Management Policy Settings" from the document library setting, there is a lot of content type including Video retention, Is there any difference between that? do I need to activate any feature? while in my document library There are only two content types available
