Block File Upload/Download based on IP

Hello,

I have a question about document sharing on an Teams Administrative level. We'd like to restrict by IP who can upload and download documents into/from Teams/Sharepoint/OnDrive.

 

Where can I find the admin controls to do so and what is considered best practice for this type of control?
