How can I get "Video retention" content type in Information Management Policy Settings in doc. lib.?

when I see the client system for "Information Management Policy Settings" from the document library setting, there is a lot of content type including Video retention,

Is there any difference between that? do I need to activate any feature?

while in my document library There are only two content types available
