Crashing

We have a strange issue with the new Teams client. When the Mic is put up, the headset is actually muting Teams. However, with the new Teams client, if the headset is put Teams crashes sometimes. Teams crashes also reproducible if the mic is put up before joining a conference. Anybody has the same problem or a solution for that? The Evolve Headset is connected via a Jabra 370 USB dongle.Access fixes released in versions 2507 and 2508

I have a problem on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra) with To Do app (version 2.143.935.02). It started constantly sending me push notifications "Sign back in to myaccount to keep using To Do". When I tap on it, it stays on the circling thing that indicates that something is loading and then throws me to the default screen and on and on it goes. I already tried to clear the cache, delete the app data, uninstall and reinstall it, but nothing works. I even tried and logged in through the web version of To Do and it doesn't show my lists and tasks as well. It is also stuck on loading tasks state. Does anyone have the same issue? Has anyone solved it? I sent the logs to the developers, but I don't whether anyone is trying to solve this.81Views1like1CommentTeams Rooms device causing laptop in proximity to power off
We have a Logitech Meetup/Tap Teams meeting room. User has been having apparently random blackscreens where the device loses power. It was realized that it's being caused by when he is in proximity to the MTR device - as soon as the call/conference went active the device blackscreened. This is 100% repeatable. On a slightly less consistent basis, it powers off even before the meeting starts - but when still near to the MTR. I assumed at first this was due to the proximity feature of the MTR, but now I'm not sure. Things I've tried Turning Bluetooth off on the laptop (Dell Latitude 5420) Turning airplane mode on Turning off bluetooth beaconing on the Tap Going to a different MTR (this happens in both Meeting + tap and Rally + tap rooms Switching to another Dell 5420 I have with a slightly later motherboard revision (v2), this does not happen. Obviously I can RMA the 5420 this happens to, but it begs the questions, will this happen to another laptop in our fleet? Is the MTR emitting something else and interacting with the computer?2KViews1like2CommentsTeams craching when starting
Since wednesday (05/05/2021), Teams was crashing when I tried to activate my camera, even the preview. I also had to attend to a zoom meeting, and it was the same problem. So I just didn't use the camera, but this morning I tried to join a Team meeting, but then Teams started to restart continually. It said "There was a glitch, it's good to go now", but it didn't stop restarting. I tried to: Restart my computer Reinstall Teams Change user Do the sfc /scannow (there was corrupted files, but it didn't change anything to remove them) None of this helped me... Do you know what is the problem ?Solved2KViews1like5CommentsWindows 10 Restart after Login
We have some machines on our domain that's crashing upon login. They get the "Your PC Will Automatically Restart in One Minute" then they are forced to restart. After the restart, they're able to login again and continue working until the next day. Machines affected are running Windows 10 1809 with the latest patches. Event Viewer Log shows that LSASS.exe crashed on the first boot with error c0000008 and then all services failed to authenticate after, which probably caused the crash. "A critical system process, C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe, failed with status code c0000008. The machine must now be restarted." Any help is appreciated! Thanks!Solved45KViews1like24Comments
