Is there a way to put an option to either automatically include the cancel button or omit it in the notification emails? Instead of adding it as an additional information because I also don't know where I can get a dynamic cancellation link that can be used to cancel any of the appointments booked. This is a pretty basic feature just like the reschedule button. The problem if there is no cancellation button in the notifications is that there is no way for the client to cancel the appointment unless he/she saved the cancellation link found in the booking confirmation page after he/she had booked the appointment via the page. Hello! I am wondering if it's possible to restrict days a service is available for specific staff members? I have a Service that is available Monday-Friday....but some members of staff only work parttime for this service and are therefore cannot be shown as available for that service only on certain days. This would be fine if they only needed to be available for that service as we would then just edit their availability on the calendar at staff level. HOWEVER, the issue comes as these staff members do work on the other days but for different services and therefore they do need to be available for the full days - but they can't be available for that service on specific days. i.e. Joe Bloggs works Monday and Tuesday and available only for Service #1. Joe Bloggs works Wednesday-Friday and available only for Service #2. Jane Doe works Monday-Friday and available for Service #1. Both Service #1 and #2 are open to book by the same end user and therefore, ideally, need to be part of the same Booking system. Hi there - in the last week or so my bookings page has not registered busy periods from my Outlook calendar and therefore double-booked times for people using my bookings service. Bookings notification emails only include the service name, customer name, and date/time. It is important that other fields, especially custom fields and the person with whom the appointment is made (as applciable), are included in the email notification. Otherwise, it is too difficult to understand with whom the appointment is made or actions that need to be taken to prepare for the appointment based on the data collected from custom fields. Has any one had the issue where suddenly all services have disappeared from the services list and can no longer see them in calendar view in our shared bookings page. We are trying to find a way to allow the public to book appointments for covid vaccines, but we need to pre-screen each person first to determine eligibility. If someone is eligible, I'd like to send them a link to a bookings page to schedule their appointment, but I need to ensure that they can only schedule one appointment using the URL I send. Hello everyone, We are experiencing an issue with Microsoft Bookings. Our setup allows external customers to book appointments via the published booking link on our website. However, we have noticed that staff members can still be double-booked, even when their Outlook calendars show them as “Busy.” Here’s what we have already done to try to resolve the issue: Ensured that the option “Events on Office calendar affect availability” is enabled for all staff in Bookings. Verified that in Outlook, the staff calendars have appointments marked as “Busy” to reflect their availability. Shared staff calendars with the Bookings account and set default permissions to “When I’m busy”. Checked that the booking page settings are set to respect staff availability. Despite these steps, the system still allows bookings to be made during times when staff are busy. Our staff mailboxes are hybrid (both on-premises and in Exchange Online), and we are running a hybrid setup in general. We are wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if there are recommended solutions or workarounds. Hi, I want to use Microsoft bookings as the primary calendar system for my company. We currently use Outlook calendar. However, when I click into Microsoft Bookings calendar, it only displays appointments booked via Microsoft bookings. Yes, "Events on Office 365 calendar affect availability" toggle is enabled. Microsoft bookings correctly blocks off time that is busy in Outlook, I just can't see any of those Outlook entries in Microsoft bookings. How can I fix this please?
