Bookings calendar

Can you disable autoscroll in calendar view? What a horrible feature. Every time the mouse cursor is near the top or bottom of the page, it auto-scrolls all the way up or all the way down. It seems to only happen when selecting a calendar item, and if you have "view-only" access to the calendar, you cannot click in the empty space of the calendar to unselect items because you cannot create new items, so auto-scroll is always active. What other Microsoft application has auto-scroll like this? If it can't be a toggled option, it should just be removed entirely.31KViews25likes45CommentsReschedule meeting by copy in calendar
Our staff would like to have the ability to copy a meeting to a later time so they can easily re-book a follow-up meeting with the client. This to avoid that the staff or client need to go through the booking process and need to answer all the questions again.78Views0likes0CommentsCan’t manually add booking or edit a booking
Hey! I’m desperate for some help! For the last couple days, I can’t manually add a booking to my shared calendar nor can I edit one. I’m able to click on the day I want to add a booking and I’m able to click the booking I want to edit but when it comes time to click “create booking” or “edit booking” to publish it on the calendar, the box just blinks and doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried having a coworker add a booking or edit one and he also is having the same problem so it’s not just my computer. What’s weird is that I can add time off with no problem. That’s the only thing Bookings will let me put on the calendar. Anyone have any idea what the problem may be?? I’ve tried googling but I can’t find anyone on the problem I’ve been having. Thank you!209Views0likes0CommentsNo transfer of user-specific availability to the Bookings booking page
Hello Everyone, Our company is currently testing Microsoft Bookings. The usage is included in our O365 E3 licenses. After the app was activated company-wide, everyone can now create their own booking pages. However, we are encountering issues when creating the booking pages. In the standard planning policies, the following settings were made for a test page: The goal is to set certain bookable times while also considering other appointments. The set times are Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and only when the employee is free. However, on the booking page, every day starts at 12 PM, and other appointments are not considered. When selecting the employee on the booking page, times outside the set period and during other appointments in the Outlook/Teams calendar are still offered. Are there additional precautions that need to be taken? Kind regards, Giuseppe300Views0likes0CommentsBookings shows no dates available until clearing site data
As the title suggests, I have had this issue recurring with the bookings application for a client. Most times when the client adds a booking in at the start of the day it works fine. However, when the booking has been made and we go to make another, it will not let us add another booking on that date as it brings up "There are no available bookings for this day". The only fix I have found for this is opening manage site data on chrome and deleting the site cookies where we sign in again and this is fixed, UNTIL 5 MINUTES LATER WHEN THEY WANT ANOTHER BOOKING... We've tried all browsers from DuckDuckGo, FireFox to Safari and Chrome. Removing permissions and re adding. Deleting the bookings page and setting up from scratch. We've tried leaving calendar settings as default and modified to the clients preferences Made sure all settings, even down to the time zone, match any troubleshooting methods out there. And spending countless hours googling and trying to fix this but it persists. Can anyone help shed some light? Could this be due to the main calendar being open to nearly 100 people and they have their own calendars and then booking sites linked? Could it be down to one users settings that is throwing off the sync? Just weird how this is happening to all users... Thanks in advance 😊426Views0likes0CommentsLearn About New Scheduling Features

I use a shared bookingspage with 2 colleagues. All of us deliver the same 2 services: online IT support and face-to-face IT support. Windows 10 platform, browser Edge and Chrome. One of those 2 colleagues can not see any bookingappointments in the Bookingscalendar (even not her own). Fortunately, in her own Outlook calendar she can find those booked appointments. In her own online Bookings-Staff page she does! see here "Upcoming appointments". I myself do see all booking appointments, and so her booking appointments too. In the online calendar on the left site, under Calendar filters > Staff, she ticks the checkmark near her name. Anyone any idea what is going on here? Kind Regards.1.2KViews1like3CommentsBookings is having issues--Need a response!
Many of our users are reporting booking calendar issues the last week. Some users only see deleted services. Others will not be able to assign services to a staff member. Also sometimes the application will hang when trying to schedule Time Off. If you close the browser and reopen, all the services are not checked and have to be checked each time plus select the staff to show on the calendars. The only way our branches have been able to use Bookings is within Teams - the web version is not stable. We have been using Bookings525Views1like0CommentsRemoving an event from Desktop Outlook does not free the time in Bookings (even a day later)
If a user adds an event to their calendar in Desktop Outlook, as expected, that quickly (within a few seconds, maybe instantly) appears as unavailable in Bookings, so the calendars are syncing. However, if the same user removes an event from their calendar in Desktop Outlook, those changes don't seem to update and make that time available again in Bookings. This is happening with all our users including with my own calendar too, so very easy to quickly test this (assuming propagation should be near instant, as it is when adding events). Many of our users will block out time to reserve time for uncertain meetings (when working with outside parties who don't use Bookings or Calendly or any other option, it can take a few back-and-forths to lock in a time, during which users need to reserve all possible times). Then, they remove those reserves when the actual meeting time is set. Removing these should free up the time in Bookings, but it does not. Another case where this is a problem is if a meeting simply moves. If it was originally set from 2-3 and moves from 3-4, then the 2-3 slot should re-open, but in Bookings, it does not. The closest I could find to this was a similar post (I think it's the same issue, but hard to be sure):https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/meetings-deleted-in-outlook-calendar-still-showing-up-in/m-p/4048344 There were no responses to that question. Is it possible that everyone has this problem, but some users just don't care, or does removing events free the time in Bookings for other users? Once Bookings has a time listed as unavailable, it never becomes available again after that. What can we do?Thanks for any suggestions.696Views1like3Comments
