Bookings Calendar Issues - Day views

I'm having some issues with my Bookings Calendar

  • the day view is showing the entire week instead of just one day

  • the day by staff view is showing a week under each staff member instead of a single day

How do I fix this?!

    If you're having issues with your Bookings calendar displaying the wrong views, there are a few things you can try:

    Clear your browser cache: Sometimes browser caches can cause issues with how web pages are displayed. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the Bookings page to see if this resolves the issue.

    Check your calendar settings: In the Bookings app, you can customize your calendar settings to control how your calendar is displayed. To check your settings, go to "Settings" > "Calendar" and make sure that the correct view is selected.

    Check your time zone settings: If your time zone settings are incorrect, this could be causing issues with how your calendar is displayed. Double-check that your time zone settings are correct in the Bookings app by going to "Settings" > "Calendar" > "Time zone".

    Check your Bookings version: Microsoft regularly updates the Bookings app, and sometimes these updates can cause issues with how the app is displayed. Make sure that you're using the latest version of the app by checking for updates in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

      I cleared my cache and verified my time zone, not fix ๐Ÿ˜ž
      The other options I don't seem to have access to do. I've sent the ideas to my company IT to see if they can check them for me.

        Haveing the same situation in my Tenant. Please advice.
  • Hi, Is this happening with other Bookings Calendar also. What is your role in the calendar, only administrator can view "all staff". In any case, suggest you open a case with more details.

      I haven't heard of anyone else having issues.  I'm the admin of the calendar and the calendar views have been working fine up until a few weeks ago.  I've reached out to my company IT as well.. just trying to get this fixed as soon as possible.
