When I use my Microsoft account (my main account), the rest of the applications or services, from Xbox Game Pass to Outlook, etc., work fine, but my Copilot or Bing AI shows me that I can't use it, and it says "Sorry, you've reached the limit of messages you can send to Bing within 24 hours. Check back soon!” (Figure 1) When I switched to my other Microsoft account (backup account) to log in to Bing AI or Copilot it worked perfectly fine. (Figure 2) (Figure 2) The suspected reason may be that during the initial period of Bing AI launch (Sydney period), in order to test the reliability of the AI and to get a taste of the AI, I may have asked some sensitive questions about the AI's resistance, and after a week it showed up with this message. Since that time, I have not been able to use Copilot service with this Microsoft account (primary account), and I realize that this is wrong and very regret to ask it! I would really like to be able to log in and use the programs and services with my main account again, how can I contact the support team and request to be unblocked? Is it possible to restore the Copilot service or unblock it? Thank you very much!Copilot Agent in Sharepoint - customisation options
Hi there, I've been asked by a client to design and deploy a Copilot Agent as part of a Sharepoint intranet build. The client would like the Sharepoint pane to be persistently open when their users are visiting Sharepoint pages - even better if it can start a conversation like a customer service chatbot. Could someone let me know if this is possible? Using iFrames looks really clunky, and we're not convinced users will know to click the Copilot icon that's currently in the top right. Copilot itself thinks it's possible but the Javascript it gives me doesn't seem to work! ThanksFeedback Request: Seamless Context Retention Between Voice and Text Modes in Copilot
בקשת שיפור: שימור הקשר בין מצב קולי לצ'אט כתוב ב־Copilot מאת: מיכאל, MS MVP (ישראל) נושא: שיחה רציפה והקשר נשמר בין קול לכתב תיוגים: Copilot, VoiceChat, ContextRetention, CrossModeSync, AI usability, Excel integration, MS MVP, User Experience, Productivity, Accessibility Feedback Request: Seamless Context Retention Between Voice and Text Modes in Copilot From: Michael, MS MVP (Israel) Topic: Improve continuity and preserve context when switching between voice and text conversations in Copilot Tags: Copilot, VoiceChat, ContextRetention, CrossModeSync, AI usability, Excel integration, MS MVP, User Experience, Productivity, Accessibility Description: Currently, when transitioning between voice and text modes in Copilot, the ongoing conversation context is lost, resulting in a fresh and disconnected session. This poses challenges for users engaged in technical workflows (e.g., Excel functions, coding steps, formula exploration), where discussion begins in voice and requires visual follow-up in text — yet the system fails to remember what was just discussed. Use Case: A user verbally asks for help creating a complex Excel formula. After several minutes of voice dialog, they switch to text mode to view and refine the formula — only to discover that Copilot no longer remembers the earlier voice interaction, forcing redundant explanation and a break in continuity. Suggested Improvements: Enable persistent conversation memory across modes Automatically bring recent voice summary into the next text session Introduce an intelligent switch that allows users to move from voice to text (and back) with full context preserved Support visual rendering (e.g., formulas, graphs) within voice sessions Value to Users: This improvement would dramatically boost workflow efficiency, reduce friction in technical tasks, and allow users to engage naturally — choosing the mode best suited to their needs without sacrificing consistency. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore this idea further. I’d be happy to help. Hello Everyone, We are having intermittent issues with the Copilot sidebar in Edge. It works sometimes, and other times we get an error that says "We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time." It has a refresh button which doesn't help. What's weird, is that we have Copilot licenses enabled for our users and going to https://bing.com/chat works fine in all cases (and shows the user signed in and "protected" as expected). Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions to fix this issue? BrianSalesforce Case fields missing
Added Salesforce as a data source via Microsoft search. Not seeing the Account Name or Case Closed Date in the search results. Therefore, Copilot isn't able to answer questions like how many open cases does Company X have? I made sure every profile has access to these 2 fields. Account Name is actually AccountID which does show in Graph Explorer, but the ID isn't very helpful.Copilot.microsoft.com not working with our student license
Hi everyone, Until a week ago, we were happy users of Copilot.Microsoft.com and Bing.com/chat for students at Higher Ed, with dataprotection. However, suddenly they can't login (our educators and admin can). So how can we solve that problem and have any other experienced similar?Adding enterprise data to Custom Copilot via Graph Connector
I would like to add Jira issues to the knowledge sources via a Graph Connector. I created the Graph Connector. The issues are already displayed in Microsoft Search. Unfortunately, the custom copilot I created myself has no access, although I have added the Graph Connector as a knowledge source. The status of the Graph Connector is currently displayed as unknown in Copilot Studio. Do I have to publish the Copilot before I can access the enterprise data, or can I also find the Jira issues in copilot test mode? Are there any additional steps I need to take? I have already followed the following article. Unfortunately without success. https://learn.microsoft.com/de-de/microsoft-365-copilot/extensibility/overview-graph-connector
