Copilot.microsoft.com not working with our student license
Hi everyone,
Until a week ago, we were happy users of Copilot.Microsoft.com and Bing.com/chat for students at Higher Ed, with dataprotection. However, suddenly they can't login (our educators and admin can).
So how can we solve that problem and have any other experienced similar?

Kidd_Ip Hi, we managed to get access now. Suddenly, we had to uncheck a K12 education checkbox in the Office Admin. We didn't previously had to do that.
