Microsoft account login error
Hello, I'm looking for a solution to my problem. I haven't been able to find one with hours of searching and trouble shooting. The error pops up after an attempt to sign into my account "Something went wrong please try again later. 0x8007000e." If there's anyone that can help me solve this error please reply to my discussion.
Synchronization errors in your directory
Seeking some assistance with below. Long story short, at our company, when we create new users, their user names are created based on their first name and last name initials followed by a four digit number (their employee number). For example XY1234, where 1234 is the employee number. We created a user with and it had already synched from On premise AD to Entra. Then we were advised that the employee number of the user changed. We went ahead and deleted the user previously created on premise AD and created a new user(with new employee number) which then synced to Entra. Now we are getting a sync error indicating that the proxy address needs to be unique and it provides the duplicate values. How can I update the value of the user account that was deleted in on Prem AD since its no longer there. I found the error message in Synchronization Service Manager. Is this where i can fix this? If so, some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Old Account transferred to the Entra Tenant
Hi All, My original community account got transferred without any notice to my tenant account. I am worried if this is a security breach as another a new user was also created (this one) automatically when I logged into my community account. Let me know any plausible explanation for what's happening here. So, there's this community account with which I am posting the issue, and the other two shown below. Authenticator app not working
I am the admin of my organization and I cleared my computer's cache and it asked me to log in again to my professional account. Once I entered the email and password, it told me to write a code in the authentication app, but the app does not give me any option to enter the digit of two numbers, in fact it asks me to enter my account and from the same app it asks me to enter the two-digit code in the app, which has no sense. Since it is a professional account, the only option to log in is to use the authenticator app, either by typing in the app the two-digit code that appears on the computer or by typing a six-digit digit on the computer that should appear on the application, which does not happen.
Move OU of a sync-user without delete frm Azure AD
Hello, For the explication, i've one OU (we'll call it OU A) that's sync (on CloudSync) where i had two users that're sync. When we have synchronize this two users we've push the sync with there distinguish name. A few weeks later : I've moove this two users to another OU (we'll call it OU B) that's sync too (on CloudSync). But suddently after the auto-sync (the one that pass every 15mn), it delete my two users from Azure AD (as i guess it don't find this two users anymore in the OU A). So i had to remove my user to the OU A cause every 15mn they were delete from my Azure AD (even though i push the sync with the new distinguish name of the OU B). So my question is, how I move an user from the OU A to the OU B without them being delete on Azure AD ? Thanks.recover ms authenticator without any backup on ios after factory reset
hey guys so, the ms support team brought me here - how the title says, i had to do a factory reset on my iphone & forgott to remove/ do a backup on my ms authenticator app. so all of the saved apps in the app are gone. Any chance, to recover them without any backup? i contacted apple already and the cant find any backup data from the ms app (logically)Auto sign in for Microsoft Defender endpoint iOS app managed by intune
Quick question, need to install Defender on iOS devices. This devices are company owned and managed by Inutune, but they are devices without user affinity. Is there a way to auto sign into the Defender app for IOS? This iPhone don’t use user affinity, so I don’t have any Email address to provide the app with to set up Defender. I would greatly appreciate it, if someone can help.
