I've been using Outlook as a desktop client (via POP3 from my old ISP) for years. I recently changed ISPs and before they stopped my email service, I backed my mailbox to a PST file. Once my ISP turned off my email (and made my prior email ID/PW deactivated), I can no longer open the PST file because it tries to first authenticate to my old ISP and can't reconcile the credentials (since they are no longer valid). My question...how do I get access to years worth of emails and key data now locked in a PST that I can't open? I've seen PST readers online but I'm leery of downloading apps to my PC that could do malware.273Views0likes3CommentsOutlook calender entries donĀ“t sync to iPhones native calendar.
Connected via Active Sync. Very strange this, if i adda calendar entry on iPhone, it syncs to Outlook but not vice versa. Contacts syncs fine too. Running M365 latest version and latest version of iOS. I saw that MS say that the issue from ver 23 should be solved, and yes to some extent, but not fully it seems. Anyone can suggest solutions?634Views1like3CommentsOutlook not showing iCloud e-mails
I installed IOS updates on my iPhone and MacBook yesterday. Now on MacBook Outlook isn't showing any iCloud e-mails. I've been asked to input my iCloud email password, but I've no idea what it is. It asks me to reset it but it's not workin. All I can change is my Apple ID password but that's not allowing me to see any iCloud emails in Outlook. I can see them on my phone and on the Mail browser (or whatever it is - I'm not techie), but I'd like to see them in Outlook. Also, in Outlook, my iCloud email account is at the top and the hotmail account appears underneath it like a subsidiary of it.629Views0likes1CommentSend automatic reminders to clients for meetings on Mac
Hi, I am trying to find an option that sends automatic email reminders to meeting participants prior to the start of the meeting. I am on a Mac and I can't seem to find this function or even on the web version. Can you please advise.622Views0likes1Commenthelp with resetting password
here's the problem. For some strange reason my Microsoft account decided that the same password I'd been using for months was the wrong password. So, next up, the automated system steered me to a page to change my password. Except, the phone number they have on file is an old number. There was, thankfully, an option to use a different verification method. But, when I clicked that option, it took me back to the form asking for my phone number. So then, I noticed a link I could use to change my password via a form. It has been at least since Dec of 2021 and no matter what information I provide it immediately sends me an email saying that information was not sufficient. It's like some bad sci fi movie. The information that the system asks for is not sufficient ? Neither can I find a live representative either by phone or even chat. The information in my account is needed because I'm currently involved with a legal dispute. The computer I was using forced me to reset to factory setting . I was able to change every account except microsoft3KViews1like14Commentshotmail
Hi all Thanks for any help that can be given here . 7 months ago I forgot my email password and as normal would be sent a code over the phone in a voice message . Problem is my phone is a landline and this is what was always used in the past , But at some point without my knowledge Microsoft decided that they would only send out text messages and not a voice message . So my landline phone not being able to receive a text message has seen Microsoft block my account and I have not been able to even change over my landline number to a mobile . The landline number that Microsoft was sending codes to in a voice message has not changed and not one single person at Microsoft has been of help in sorting out my issue , Can someone please assist me as the email account is something I really need back .I have even sent in over 70 recovery forms2.9KViews1like3Comments
