Microsoft Lounge access error showing

Space layout
If I'm not sign-in (which is usual situation now), I see on the top of the space former description and search bar. Which works. Perhaps from cache, have no idea. But it disappears as soon as I sign-in. Desirably to return it back by default.

Hi, I am trying to get access to the MCT Lounge, I am logged in with the correct e-mail account but the link https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/request-access doesn't work, i am logged in with my correct account. Please advise.

When I choose an item to redeem my points for in Microsoft rewards nothing happens. No points are deducted from my total and no email is sent to my outlook account. Please help.

Lost Access to the MTC Community After Alias Change
Hello, I'm a MCT and can't access the MTC community site that I previously could access. My MTC doesn't expire until January 18, 2025. I recently added an alias email for security purposes and think that maybe is causing the issue. My email in my profile shows my alias rather than my original email address. Now I'm also worried the community site is exposing my alias which I use for security purposes. Please help.

Upcoming Username Changes
Few things. First, can you maybe switch the popup to not appear on every new page, it gets old real quick. Next, can you add some sort of validation in the form, so we know what usernames are OK, preferably without having to hit the button first? Lastly, is space a supported char? Is dot a supported one? Can we have a proper list of what's supported/unsupported?

Visualstudio / MCT Benefits for Azure and PowerBI not working
Hi - I am an active MCT since 2021 and recently I saw that my Azure Account and PowerBI Account that I got as virtue of MCT benefits are not working. However, my MCT is active, my certifications are active and my VisualStudio Subscriptions are also active. What is not active is association of the same in Azure and also PowerBI. Please help and advice on what could be done. Thanks
