Sales Copilot in Dynamics CRM / Sales not available anymore.
Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Who knows about this activation, is something missing or not available? Our environment is in the Swiss cloud. Thank you, Nico
Viva Sales Teams meeting summary not working
Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-viva-sales-in-teams-04286b82-bdf8-4e37-94ce-be1943b2d6ea#bkmk_generatesummary seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. Copilot for Sales Adoption Tracking & Success KPIs
As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.Viva Sales error when creating a draft reply
