MicrosoftQuestions from Customer on ChatGPT and Viva Sales; and Viva Sales
I have a customer considering Viva Sales, they've now seen the ChapGT capabilities, but it's not something that they would wish to turn on at the outset. Are the ChatGPT capabilities optional and is there a configuration to turn off this functionality?
I am trying to set this up and the documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/sales/suggested-replies) says to enable suggested email replies in Outlook to go to the Viva Sales Admin settings and select Email. Where do I find this option. I do not see it in the client-side configuration (in Outlook), nor do I see it in the M365 Admin for Integrated App, nor do I see it in D365.
Thoughts?

What's the version number of Viva Sales? In my environment we got 1.0.0.10 but we don't see the ChatGPT functionality. You find it under https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/IntegratedApps

David Schneider .... So a follow up ... the problem that I had was that I could not find where you activate the Suggested Replies. But I eventually found it ... and it is in the Teams App. So to turn on the Suggested Replies in Outlook, you need to install the Teams App for Sales Viva, then navigate to Settings, and then Email.
