Help with headed paper

Question

We have headed paper in pdf that I paste into the header section of word documents so that the letter prints like a professional document.&nbsp; I have created a lot of template letters that my business uses that has the headed paper pasted in.&nbsp; The problem is that every time the headed paper changes I have to manually change every single template document, which takes hours. Does anyone know of&nbsp; quick way of doing this?&nbsp; &nbsp;

What features of the "headed paper" are changing?

It might be possible to set up the templates to make use of an INCLUDETEXT field that would import data from an external source so that it would just be necessary to change that external source.

Hi Doug - thx for responding. We have a pdf background designed that has colours and logos in it. Every now and again our regulator changes a logo or something so we need to change the pdf.

Is the pdf inserted into the document or is it a screen capture of the pdf that is inserted.
Can you upload a copy of one of the templates and the pdf, so that we can see exactly what it is.

I have uploaded a document (as it it not possible to upload templates) in which a header and footer and watermark have been inserted.&nbsp; If you are interested in a system that is really automated so that whenever a new document is created from a template that will contain the latest version of the text and images, contact me at the email address in the note that I inserted into the document.
