Hi Doug - thx for responding. We have a pdf background designed that has colours and logos in it. Every now and again our regulator changes a logo or something so we need to change the pdf.

Is the pdf inserted into the document or is it a screen capture of the pdf that is inserted.

Can you upload a copy of one of the templates and the pdf, so that we can see exactly what it is.

      I have uploaded a document (as it it not possible to upload templates) in which a header and footer and watermark have been inserted.  If you are interested in a system that is really automated so that whenever a new document is created from a template that will contain the latest version of the text and images, contact me at the email address in the note that I inserted into the document.
