Do we have any work-around for Subproject in P4W
Hello All
With construction projects, there are many sub-projects involved, but P4W does not support Sub-projects. Is there any work-around solution for the need to manage sub-projects?

If you need to be able to create master projects, then Project Operations and Project for the Web are absolutely the WRONG tools for you to use. If you need enterprise capabilities, along with master projects, you should be using Microsoft Project with either Project Online or Project Server. Hope this helps.

I agree with Dale, you should be using a different tool, Project for web is not there yet. and i assume you want to create task dependencies across projects ..etc, i would recommend you look around in the Microsoft partners solutions Well...there is a semi way of doing what you are looking for...IF I understand your problem. You can make your "MasterPproject" your overall program, and those "Sub projects" you mentioned into regular projects regular projects within your program. This is a trick in Project Desktop...but in P4W ist called a "Roadmap"

Project for the Web is a low-end project management tool, which is intended for small and simple projects. If you need to create subprojects, you are using the wrong tool, and should use the Microsoft Project desktop application instead. Sorry, but hope this helps.- Hi Dale

I'm considering using Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and I understand that P4W is the foundation for D365 Project Operations for task management and scheduling. D365 Project Operations does not support sub-project management like Project Desktop.
That's my problem now, it's very difficult to use P4W or D365 Project Operation for project management- daibt --
