Hi, I would like to ask how to repair or troubleshoot this kind of problem
my Wireless mouse is not detected as a mouse but as a keyboard, now it is not working.
I tried to update and uninstall and reinstall its device drivers in Device Manager but it still not working.
I don't use a wireless keyboard on my laptop.
I tried using my wireless keyboard on another laptop and it is working properly (Windows 10).
Is it because of the update in windows 11? The wireless mouse is working for the first few months I update it from windows 10 to Windows 11 then just this month it started not working.
Help Needed Please.
