Windows 11 Slowness issue after upgrading from Windows 10

Some users are complaining about slowness issue after upgrading to Windows 11

1. When switching tasks the response is slow
2. Spellcheck is slow
3. When you click on something it takes 10-30 second's delay
4. Slow when opening email, typing in excel, taking screenshot

These are some of the Dell models. Out of 35 laptops upgraded already 4 people have complained of slowness.
