I am experiencing an issue with OneDrive that has been quite frustrating. Whenever I attempt to sync my files or make changes in OneDrive, I frequently encounter a message stating that OneDrive is "Processing changes." This seems to occur regardless of the file size or type, and it can take a significant amount of time, sometimes even hours, to process. During this time, my files are not accessible, which disrupts my workflow. Furthermore, the processing status does not seem to resolve itself, leading me to wonder if there's a more efficient way to handle syncing or if there's a specific error causing this delay. I've tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting OneDrive and my computer, but the issue persists. I would appreciate any guidance on how to fix this problem or improve the performance of OneDrive so that I can work with my files without prolonged interruptions.20Views0likes2CommentsNumber Lock issue STILL Happening
A while ago, Microsoft (in their infinite wisdom) destroyed the number lock feature on all PCs with a Windows 10 update. Year later - still an issue. Every PC I install I have to alter the registry to fix the number lock issue. Why has this not been addressed yet? 2 registry keys have to be changed every time. How hard would it be to update the code to fix this? I know it is a small thing but SO frustrating!9Views0likes1CommentJoin us December 11th for Tech Community Live: Windows Edition

Hello everyone, I'm facing a challenge and could use some advice from this community. I have a password protected RAR file that I need to access, but unfortunately, I don't have the password for it. I'm currently using Windows 11, and I'm wondering if there's any way to extract the contents of this RAR file without the password. If anyone has experience with this kind of situation or knows any legitimate ways to extract RAR files without a password on Windows 11, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.55KViews0likes8CommentsSave the date: Windows Office Hours - November 21, 2024

I suspect that the OST file might be corrupted or lost, and I'm not sure how to go about restoring it to get back all my important emails and settings. If anyone has experience with recovering OST files or knows the best methods to do so, I would really appreciate your guidance on the steps I need to take. Thank you!24Views1like1CommentUser locked out
My Windows 11 installation developed a problem and I could no longer boot into Windows. System Repair did not work, nor did a plethora of attempted solutions from the Troubleshooting command prompt. Eventually I wiped the drive and reinstalled Windows 11. Everything seemed to be fine until I enabled Remote Desktop and tried to connect from my other computer. I got an error that the user (my Microsoft ID) was locked out. Going back to the machine and running lusrmgr.msc it showed "Account is locked out". Every time I uncheck it or run net user *** /active:yes it eventually locks the account again. I am able to log in on the affected computer locally using this account but not from Remote Desktop. When the account is locked network shares on this computer become unavailable as well. I added a user with a local account (not a Microsoft ID) and using that I can access the computer remotely and connect to shares. What I don't understand is why it is locking out my base Windows account.11Views0likes0CommentsCAN'T SKIP MICROSOFT LOGIN
Hello , I have a few issues with this software, I no longer update my laptop since every update makes my visual drivers glitching worse, that and wirh windows 11 pro you CANT skip the login with anytime of noticeable skip , I looked into it an apparently you need to open the stupid command prompt in order to skip it (hp ) so no longer will I be supporting them . For windows when I get done with my semester unless the problems are addressed I will be switching to Linuix , I liked windows 10 for me it was better 8 , I rate windows 11 3 out of 5 simply because for what it is its OK, but with bloat ware comparable to phones it's not worth it to too much . I can't turn off the ai , I can't Uninstal any of the apps including edge ,inhate edge , windows should not be like this.16Views0likes0Comments
