Hi,
My company has dozens of Windows 10 Pro machines with Dell OEM OS licenses. I did a clean install of Windows 11 using the USB media creation tool and it installed Windows 11 HOME! What is the best way to do a USB clean install of Windows 11 PRO, not home. The OS install process did not give me the option to select the Windows 11 edition.
In summary, I want to clean install Windows 11 Pro from USB media.
Thanks!

UPDATE : This machine was from a 3rd party Amazon re-seller and if you look at the Dell service tag on their website, it shows that it shipped with Windows 10 HOME. Please beware of Amazon 3rd party resellers people!

Hi Bfoster360,
You may add instructions to change the USB to provide the option to choose Pro in the install, you will need to get a valid genuine Windows 10/11 Key.

You may find generic keys to get them installed but it won't activate.

You may consider buying volume license through vendors or through micorsoft.
Thanks,
