Windows 11 couldn’t find the printer.

Hi,

At printer panel, using WiFi Setup Wizard, the printer gets connected successfully with WiFi.

After successful connection, the print report came out from the printer showing its IP address.

The Windows 11 computer is connected with the same WiFi.

While adding the printer, the computer couldn’t find the printer.

Moreover, the printer is not accessible using it’s IP address at browser.

The printer can copy, scan and print successfully.

Please let us know to resolve it.

Can your Windows 11 computer ping the ip-address from a command prompt? (ping 192.168.1.213 for example) Is the printer website accessible from another computer? Is network discovery enabled on the computer ?
