Ever since installing W 11 23H2, either when a program is opened or just constantly my computer is stuttering. When this is occuring Desktop Window Manager (DWM) is going nuts.
I've already spent 6 hours today trying to fix this with a huge amount of different suggestions across the forums.
The only way to make it work is hard shutting it off and hoping the next restart will work.
ALL I WANT TO DO is roll back to W11 22H2 and I have no idea how to even do that...
