My Laptop freezes randomly for a few seconds
My laptop freezes completely for about 5 to 10 seconds at random intervals, during which the mouse cursor stops moving and any audio stutters or loops, before resuming normally as if nothing happened. This issue occurs regardless of the workload, even when only a web browser or file explorer is open, and I have already updated all drivers and scanned for malware without success.

If you're still unsure, perform a Clean Boot. This will start Windows with only essential services. If the freezes stop in this state, you'll know the issue is caused by a third-party service or startup application.
Use a tool like D DU to completely remove your graphics drivers and perform a clean installation of the latest version from the manufacturer's website . If the problem started after an update, try rolling back to a previous version .
