My laptop freezes completely for about 5 to 10 seconds at random intervals, during which the mouse cursor stops moving and any audio stutters or loops, before resuming normally as if nothing happ...
Use a tool like D DU to completely remove your graphics drivers and perform a clean installation of the latest version from the manufacturer's website . If the problem started after an update, try rolling back to a previous version .
