If the error is related to a specific program, try uninstalling and then reinstalling that application. This can restore any missing or corrupt DLL files associated with it.

If the error pops up when you try to run a specific program, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. This can often fix any corrupted or missing DLL files associated with that software.

1.Identify the Specific DLL: Determine the name of the DLL file that is causing the issue. This is often displayed in the error message.

2.Reboot Your System: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve temporary DLL issues.

3.Reinstall the Program: If the DLL issue is related to a specific application, try uninstalling and then reinstalling that application.

    4.Run System File Checker (SFC):

Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
This tool will scan for and restore corrupted system files, including DLL files.

Ensure your computer is clean from any malware that might be trying to call this DLL. Run a full system scan using your antivirus software.

I have antivirus installed and checked but everything is ok.
The situation appeared before... 3 years ago, after an installation of windows updates
