Block Microsoft Store and Apps - Windows 11 Pro

I have tried both local group policy and registry settings but I am still able to launch store app.

I have windows 11 pro installed on my personal laptop. I don't want store uninstalled and is used by multiple users. For some users like myself I want it allowed.

Can it be done with an enterprise license or by any other method or 3rd party tool.
