Remove a device from Microsoft account

Hello,

When I access to microsoft.com and clicking on my Microsoft account, the screen like the picture below is displayed. On Devices part, it showed my laptop info though I removed this device several times by this link Remove a device from your Microsoft account. I hope this issue can be fixed.

You mean the device is not removed after you click on Remove device link on the Microsoft account page? Also, have you tried switching to local account and checked, if device is then removed from the Microsoft account page ?

Hi @Rosy_888 

If you currently use such device with your Microsoft Account, it will be readded to devices the moment after you remove it.

To make removal successful you have to login with a local account or with a different account whatsoever.
