I need help with my desktop icons

almost all my desktop and file explorer icons are black and have graphical issues.

Since when this problem started?
Did you download or install any program before this problem started?

I have not done any downloads, but i have done a windows feature update.

Try deleting "thumbnails". It's the last item, my OS is displayed in Portuguese, where you read "Miniaturas" in your OS should be "Thumbnails". Check this item and delete and restart your PC. The thumbnails will be recreated after that.

Although it didn't work, it still gave 2gb of extra storage.

Have you tried updating your graphic card driver?
Are you facing the same issue in the Safe Mode?

I don't think it is a virus issue, however you may try run a full system scan with:

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

There are many feedbacks in the Feedback Hub and it might take time but thank you for submitting feedback. Have you tried scanning with the tools which I shared earlier?

Try open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and right click on it and run as administrator and then type the following command:

sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs and see what is the result.

Have you tried restarting your PC after the repair?
