I need help with my desktop icons

almost all my desktop and file explorer icons are black and have graphical issues.

    Try deleting "thumbnails". It's the last item, my OS is displayed in Portuguese, where you read "Miniaturas" in your OS should be "Thumbnails". Check this item and delete and restart your PC. The thumbnails will be recreated after that.

I have not done any downloads, but i have done a windows feature update.

Have you tried updating your graphic card driver?
Are you facing the same issue in the Safe Mode?
