Hello, Today we had a Teams meeting and around 125 participants joined this meeting whoever joined this meeting late was unable to see the PowerPoint presentation but whoever joined from the beginning they all can see the PowerPoint slides. has anyone faced a similar issue? PowerPoint slides were running from the desktop version and not from the PowerPoint Live. Are there any recent changes made by Microsoft? Hello Members, From last week we are facing really weird issue with MS Teams calling. When our users are dialing any domestic mobile numbers it is ringing but some reason if the mobile users are unable to answer the calls then the Teams user unable to leave the voice message. the other weird issue is during the dialing process the mobile user will see the call drops and then reconnect and this is happing 3 times then the call is disconnecting. on the Teams user side he will only get an error message "Sorry, We couldn't connect you". This error is only coming if the mobile user is not answering the call. Domestic landline numbers as well as international mobile and landline numbers are working fine without any issue. if anyone faced this issue and got the resolution then please need your help.1.2KViews0likes0CommentsX30 & X50 - keep resetting itself and asking for sign
Hi Team We recently deployed Poly X30 & X50 with Poly Trio 8800 or TC8 and noticed when the power outage or unplug the main power cable from the X30 or X50 the device is on reset mode and showing sign-in screen on the TV rather than showing the room is available. In short the device is losing its configuration and it requires to reconfigure X30 & X50 again. From the first day of deployment till today’s date I have reconfigured all devices more than 8 times in each room and we have 8 conference rooms so it is wasting lot of my time. Hi Team I have similar issue. We recently deployed Poly X30 & X50 with Poly Trio 8800 or TC8 and noticed when the power outage or unplug the main power cable from the X30 or X50 the device is on reset mode and showing sign-in screen on the TV rather than showing the room is available.
