Re: Exchange Online and Multi-Geo
So raised an MS ..In summary, no impact is expected is MG is enabled during mailbox seeding, or for mailboxes already in-sync. The main points to note are: Will a mailbox being seeded continue to seed if Multi-Geo is enabled: Yes – Seeding will Continue Will performance of the seeding be affected if Multi-Geo is enabled: No – Performance will not be impacted When Multi-Geo is enabled, will a user be requested to restart Outlook once moved: Not expected, it is transparent to the end-user as uses Autodiscover in conjunction with the PDL value889Views0likes0CommentsExchange Online and Multi-Geo
You have a Tenant that is enabled for Multi-Geo. You enable the PDL sync from the AD. You start to migrate mailboxes from OnPrem to EXO. What happens if while the sync is running and you change the PDL for a migrating user? Does the sync fail? or does it just carry on to the default location and once completed EXO will move it to the PDL?Solved901Views0likes1CommentRe: Send Message individually using graph API ?
Deepak1265 so do you want to send a 1:1 message or post a chat to teams channel. So I can send a 1:1 chat message using Graph Explorer, but not by using powershell. First you need to know the chat id https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/me/chats Then once you have that you can POST a reply to that chat https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/chats/<chatid>/messages2.4KViews1like0CommentsRe: List chat messages via Graph API
spatel07 So I can get it to work with Graph Explorer. So see my chats: https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/me/chats/ Then using a chatid; https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/chats/<chatid>/messages Graph Explorer posts the chat message and I can see that in teams, but using powershell it get: Invoke-RestMethod : { "error": { "code": "UnknownError", "message": "", "innerError": { "request-id": "94ced8d0-b3f2-4343-a46f-d83a0eb94f93", "date": "2019-12-05T19:09:13" } } }2.9KViews0likes2CommentsLinks to documents
If I use the sharepoint link to a document it works fine. If I use teams link, it opens the "Join the conversation" page and I can click on "Already have the Teams app? Launch it now" link. Teams then randomly just gives me a blank screen while it tries to load it, or a login dialog that with correct creds fails. Any ideas?672Views0likes0Commentsconnectivity.office.com: Get Link
The get link option has disappeared from https://connectivity.office.com It used to appear under "Results and impact" I have users on Windows 7 in odd places around the world and they shared the link so I could see the reports. Can you put it back please!Solved808Views1like1Comment
