Links to documents

If I use the sharepoint link to a document it works fine.

If I use teams link, it opens the "Join the conversation" page and I can click on "Already have the Teams app? Launch it now" link.

Teams then randomly just gives me a blank screen while it tries to load it, or a login dialog that with correct creds fails.

Any ideas?
