Re: Two different icons for device manager utility?
The one to the left is Windows 10 default icon, the one to the right is Microsoft Management Console default icon. Try to run or search "mmc.exe". That's the console that Windows has used since Windows 2000 to run a lot of the management tools64Views0likes0CommentsError in tutorials
In both this https://docs.loganalytics.io/docs/Learn/Getting-Started/Getting-started-with-queries and this https://docs.loganalytics.io/docs/Learn/Getting-Started/Getting-started-with-the-Analytics-portal there are references to and pics of the "Go" button. This is my first time in Log Analytics, and the button is called "Run", so I guess it has been changed recently1.4KViews0likes1CommentRe: MCAAA certification
Where did you read about this cert? When I google Azure "Enterprise Infrastructure Manager" all I get is this post. Generally you cannot upgrade the old MCSA/MCSE certs to the new rolebased. See all MS certs here: https://query.prod.cms.rt.microsoft.com/cms/api/am/binary/RE2PjDI3.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: AZ-300 and AZ-304 Solution Architect Expert
jose_mmm Accofrding to this blog post https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-learn-blog/new-beta-exams-az-303-and-az-304-for-azure-solutions-architects/ba-p/1469423 you should be able to take AZ-304 and still get your Architect cert: "If you already passed either AZ-300 or AZ-301, you could take the new version of the complementary exam. The following exam combinations are valid for earning Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification: AZ-300 and AZ-301; AZ-300 and AZ-304; AZ-301 and AZ-303; or AZ-303 and AZ-304. (To see which exams you passed, check your transcript"1.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: MCSE Core Infrastructure actual required exams
s_lympe You need to pass ONE of the mentioned exams. Be aware though, that all the mentioned exams retire on January 31st. That means that you pass the exam before that date you'll still become MCSE, but the value of the certification is not as high as the new rolebased certifications in cloudbased products.679Views0likes0CommentsIs MAP Toolkit still being developed?
In this thread from Technet https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/aaf84421-e2e8-4953-9965-9e0cae316fab/microsoft-assessment-and-planning-map-toolkit-is-supported-on-windows-server-2019?forum=map it first states that MAP toolkit is not having future releases, then further down it states that it does have future releases. The latest version is from May 2020 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?&id=7826 but I can't find any official documentation that states if or when the development of the tool is stopped876Views0likes0Comments
