Hi Reza_Ameri The manufacturer's website doesn't provide a driver for touchpad. Have reported the problem on feedback hub. The device manufacturer's support was the worst thing to happen. They made me reset my laptop which in turn lost my ability to roll back to the previous version of windows and also didn't fix the issue. Laptop Model: Lenovo IdeaPad S5401.3KViews0likes1Comment"Format and Repartition" option unselected and greyed out in system image recovery.
Windows 11 OS My internal SSD disk has two partitions. Due to this I am only able to recover the disk partition which contained the windows installation files and the other partition that I have is not being recovered. In the options of system image recovery there is a note instructing to install driver for the disk that is being recovered and it opens the system32 file. I am not able to figure out the driver file that it needs. The other partition on disk had some important media file having some old memories. Hi PaulAus1957, Even for being able to edit and save locally you will have to sign in first, and it is a one-time process. Once you are signed in in the Microsoft word or excel app on your iPad then you can edit and save locally anytime offline. It worked when I rolled back to 20H2 but now I am using windows 11 and have reset the laptop once and thus cannot go back to previous windows versions. The touchpad is not showing in the device manager, is there a fix for this? It seems challenging as I have lost the possibility to roll back to 20H2, but still if there is a fix, please let me know it would be much appreciated.1.4KViews0likes3Comments
