Comments Only in Word?
Is it possible to share a Word 365 document such that viewers may add comments? We want to get people's input but don't want them to make changes to the document. There's too many people and would be impossible to manage. Google Docs has this feature, so I'm hoping that Word does too.10KViews2likes6CommentsRe: Comments Only in Word?
Hi VasilMichev Thank you. Maybe I'm doing something wrong here, but what we need is a way to have 6 people add comments, simultaneously while we go through a rather large document. This feature seems to not be compatible with Word in the cloud and as a result would need everyone to download a local copy of the document, which could cause syncing and versioning issues. Do you have a solution to that?10KViews0likes4CommentsRe: Closed Captoins
Adarsh Solanki So feedback, right? Do you plan on having a way in which the user can add additional captions? The one I was working on cut the end of the last sentences off and I couldn't add anything further. Also, for some reason I was getting a "cannot save" error. Instead of the next line of the transcript fading to be highlighted as the video plays, is it possible for that to transition to be more instant? Using that fade alone, I had a rather difficult time figuring out when the next caption line was to begin. I changed the VTT file for the time being, but that's all I got for now. Otherwise, I like it.Re: Power Point Alt Tags
Damien_Rosario No worries, and I appreciate your attempts. I'm starting to think I'm asking the wrong questio. I tried a separate computer and it worked with a similar setup, so I'm wondering now if it's a setting I have set somewhere in my local instance of PPT on my work computer. Works fine on my personal one though.5KViews0likes1CommentRe: Power Point Alt Tags
Damien_Rosario I'm not at all getting confused and I do know what Screen Tips are. Please see the attachment. I apologize for not being clear initially. The alt tags I set up myself as pointed out in the initial post don't appear anywhere in the screen reading software that I was using to test it. Thanks.5KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Power Point Alt Tags
Damien_Rosario That's not what I'm asking. I know what an ALT tag is for. What I'm asking is how do you activate it? On the web, it's a matter of hovering your mouse over an image. I've seen videos of PPT files have a similar thing or have it as an overlay. I also ran Kurzweil on the PPT file and didn't hear anything.5.1KViews0likes5Comments
