Can you please help me with the next question: I passed Microsoft’s exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 in 2019 but lost my document with results. I registered for it via Pearson VUE.Is it possible to get the results again?

You can request replacements and such. Let me know if this supports. Thank you!

  unfortunately, it did not help. I contacted this pearson support you've shared (https://support.pearson.com/uk/s/topic/0TO0N000000IaBVWA0/replacement-certificate) then the redirected me to initial support I was contacted to (https://home.pearsonvue.com/Contact-Us.aspx) and here I got once again redirected to microsoft (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help) where they mention two contact points from pearson vue but they can't help me (only redirecting to microsoft). Probably, could you give me some direct email adress where I can get help? It would be great, thank you
