Is there any tool to validate the MCT's credentials.

Getting an MCT transcript is fairly simple. Have the MCT access
https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript
and then on the right-hand side "Share Link". They can share their link with you, and you can use this to validate the credentials they have.

It's not correct. If Microsoft have the platform like finding Learning partners on their directory, Learning partners should also have the access of the Authorized MCT's profiles.

There is currently no directory of MCTs available for reference. That could be a useful tool in the future, but currently there is not one we can use.
An MCT needs to choose to share their transcript with you for you to verify if they are an MCT. Most MCTs are accustomed to doing this when starting teaching with a TSP, it shouldn't cause issue.
