Hi,&nbsp;we would like to know if it is possible to have two "Now Virtual Agent" app on one microsoft teams instance in order to connect from two different servicenow instance.&nbsp;Regards,Alessio

Thanks for looking into it, but it is a limit to this new functionality, since a company may have multipli servicenow instance and the same microsoft teams. I'm sure this is an idea to develop in the future.Regards
