ServiceNow Integration Virtual Agent
Hi, we would like to know if it is possible to have two "Now Virtual Agent" app on one microsoft teams instance in order to connect from two different servicenow instance. Regards, Alessio

Hi alessiobuccoliero_pro - Currently it's not possible to have two "Now Virtual Agent" app on one Microsoft teams instance.
- Thanks for looking into it, but it is a limit to this new functionality, since a company may have multipli servicenow instance and the same microsoft teams. I'm sure this is an idea to develop in the future.
