I need a  SharePoint Workflow helpdesk Ticketing template.

@Kouassi_Juste what have you tried so far? Have you looked at the Issue Tracker template in Lists?

I built my company IT Support Ticketing System using a combination of

  • Microsoft Forms  - for the user to submit the details of their issue.
  • Power Automate flows to send a confirmation email back to the user, save the ticket into a triage list and move the ticket to a list for the relevant engineering team.
  • and Power Apps-customised SharePoint forms for the engineers to add their comments, mark a ticket as closed, ask for more info (again using a flow) etc.

We felt that combination was the easiest for users, the support manager and our engineers.
