Why don't see the download feature for CAD files

Hi all,

I have below trouble & looking forward to find out the answer.

Phenomena:
+ Previously, CAD files on Sharepoint document library could be downloaded
+ Recently, I don't see the download feature for these CAD files

Question
+Has Sharepoint's policy changed for CAD file download function?

In addition, I have looked at the information below, but there isn't mention of this issue.
