Url links in the document library not working in web part
Hello,
I was building a SharePoint page with several web part. I noticed in the URL links that i have added in the document library won't open in the webpart page or nothings happened but if i explore the directly to the document library the links open as expected.
Can someone can shed a light with this scenario or perhaps this is a bug in sharepoint online?
I find this post that might be related to my issue but i cannot see a concrete solutions.

Brining this UP. Hope someone can share an insight on this matter
hunk0227 We have noticed a very similar problem:
Add a URL file to a sharepoint document library
View library in a webpart
Click on link, nothing happens
Go to document library, click on link which works
Go back to web part and the link now works
Do you have the same? It seems the act of opening a link in the document library once makes them work in the web part.

Unfortunately, i used an alternatives since i didn't get response from this forum.
What i did was i created a embed webpart which has better look and feel rather than viewing the library itself.
Yes, i noticed that too however it is not stable sometimes it works sometimes not resulting to confusion to the regular users. as well you do not have options to update the URL once it is created.
