Unable to login to customer SharePoint site
Good morning:
We have had a couple of customers that shared a link to one of their SharePoint sites. The link was sent to 3 of our users using their work email address. When 2 of the users try to sign in using their work credentials they get a message that the email or username doesn't exist. The third person was able to sign in using their work credentials. How do I resolve this so the other 2 can login to those sites?

- Work with your customer and ask them to reinvite your users. Make sure your users default browser will only auto log them in with the invited account and not a personal account. This can be really common when users have multiple accounts as well. Make sure they are redeeming the invite with the same account that was invited. Most of this work will be in your customer's lap, not yours.
