Teams / SharePoint Anyone with a link

I need for new Teams to default to the "Organization-level settings" which is to allow sharing with "anyone with a link". 

Currently, I can go into the SharePoint admin panel "reset to organization-level settings" and it will work. However, that's not a workable solution since I would have to do that for every new Team that's created. We create a new Team with each project, so that's hundreds of Teams a year.

What's more, we need to do this on Private Channels (which are their own SharePoint site).

Is there a way to get new Teams sites to default to the correct sharing settings without Admin intervention?
