Hello,
I am working on creating a form using a list. Some columns may have some sensitive information. I am wondering what would be the best way to secure such lists.
A few things that I thought of are:
- Item-level Permissions: Apply the setting to allow the user to create, read and edit only their own items
- IRM: IRM can only be done for the attachments in list or docs in library. There are no attachments so nothing needs to be done
- Version History: Clearing the attribute once the operations are done and turn off version history so that it's not stored anywhere. Not having versioning has obvious downsides.
I would appreciate if there are any other and better ideas to secure the list.
Thank you.
B
