SharePoint Online - Email from News Post

Our users typically generate news post and then promote them to an All-Company email address.  Most of the time (90%) it works without issue, however randomly it seems as if the email is not sent.

 

At this point, I'm not sure if the email is actually being triggered and sent out or if it's failing to send in those situations. 

 

We have checked our spam filtering appliance and we do not see it getting quarantined.  When we look for the email, we don't see it ever entering a mailbox in our environment. 

 

Is there anywhere in SPO to view emails triggered via News Posts and who the recipients were?
