SharePoint Mobile App Item View cant hide fields

How can I remove these extra fields in the mobile app? 

They are not displayed in any of my views or forms. (O365)

but show up when I select an item in the  SharePoint Mobile App

Hi Danny, every item in your sp list is a combination of default fields in a default form. To change some fields of that form you can create a PowerApps form instead of the default form. Greets, Eva

You cannot hide those fields in the SPO Mobile App...best you can do here is provide feedback to Microsoft in the App so they can consider to develop this in a future App release

I can't seem to find a way to set the default columns on the mobile app. If anybody has a solution that would be very helpful. I don't think that powerapps can be the default view for the mobile app for my understanding.
