SharePoint can't download folder
Recently when I try to download one or more folders on any SharePoint site,
there are two text files in the downloaded compressed file:
___All_Errors.txt
__foldername_Error.txt
in the first file where written:
CorrelationId: 8c3d102e-847e-41f9-a055-e33455a179e6
UTC DateTime: 05/25/2023 09:05:54
The following file/folder has not been downloaded
0. foldername
In the second file I find written:
This file cannot be downloaded.
ExceptionType: WebException.
We are the standard users that I as administrator have the same problem.
Is there anyone who can give me some suggestions regarding the nature of the problem and how to solve it?
Thank you

- noelsantoroCopper ContributorAfter opening a ticket to Microsoft, the problem has been partially resolved.
Because now I can download folders but if inside there is a file whose name contains the character + the folder is downloaded but the file is not, and the error is reported in a text file.
The file individually can be downloaded but if inside a folder it generates the error; I don't know if other char into the filename also generate the same problem.- noelsantoroCopper ContributorAfter further queries to Microsoft technical assistance, the response was received beyond the restricted characters " * : < > ? / \ |
for naming files and folders in SharePoint and OneDrive,
also the + character cannot be used as it creates an exception if you download the parent folder of the file, this is compressed and downloaded but the file returns the error that can be downloaded.
