SharePoint can't download folder

After opening a ticket to Microsoft, the problem has been partially resolved.
Because now I can download folders but if inside there is a file whose name contains the character + the folder is downloaded but the file is not, and the error is reported in a text file.
The file individually can be downloaded but if inside a folder it generates the error; I don't know if other char into the filename also generate the same problem.

for naming files and folders in SharePoint and OneDrive,
also the + character cannot be used as it creates an exception if you download the parent folder of the file, this is compressed and downloaded but the file returns the error that can be downloaded.
